SEMO - Admissions Counselor Message

 

Hello,

This is your new Southeast Missouri State University Admissions Counselor, Darian Norfleet! I am so excited to work with you as we start the school year. 

I am originally from Memphis, TN; I moved up to Cape Girardeau, MO in August 2017 to pursue my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Child Development at Southeast Missouri State University. I graduated Cum Laude from SEMO in May 2021 and started working as an Admissions Counselor in July 2021. The college experience is unlike any other and I am here as a resource to aid in your exploration. I will be working with students and counselors from the following regions: Central IL, Northern IL, Chicago IL, Western KY, and Northwestern TN, and Out-of-state.

If you have any students that have not yet applied to Southeast, please encourage them to do so by December 1st, 2022 to meet our priority scholarship deadline. Your students can easily apply online at www.semo.edu/apply or through the Common App. If you or any of your students have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call, text, or email me using my contact information listed below.  I really look forward to working with you and your students in the near future!

  . Hello counselors and greetings from the University of Kentucky!  September is an exciting month for the University of Kentucky! We have some key updates to share from our campus:   ADMISSION We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve begun sending out admission decisions for students who have completed their applications. If your student’s application is fully submitted and meets our criteria, they can receive your admission decision in as little as two weeks. We operate on a rolling basis throughout the year. Accepted students will receive electronic notification through their applicant portal, followed by an admission packet in the mail.
