Full tuition and fees to eligible Kentucky residents, includes financial need |
The Pell Guarantee assures full tuition and fees are covered for eligible Kentucky residents who meet the following criteria: - Are first-time, first-year students for Fall 2025
- Have a minimum 3.3 weighted high school GPA, and
- Qualify for a Federal Pell Grant, after filing the FAFSA
Students are automatically considered for this scholarship when they apply for admission to Transylvania by February 1. They must send the FAFSA to Transy using our code #001987.

Top-tier scholarships ranging from $35,000 to full tuition, fees, room and board |
Premier Scholarships are our most competitive academic scholarships. They begin at $35,000 per year and go up to full tuition, fees, room and board. Students must apply for admission by December 1 to be considered.
Most students who qualify for the Premier program will have earned a minimum 30 ACT (superscored) or 1370 SAT (superscored) and 4.0 GPA (weighted).
If a student is selected as a Premier Scholar, we will contact them with an invitation to attend a special Premier Scholarship Program, where they will attend an interview to earn the highest scholarship money. |
