Transylvania Fine Arts Scholarship


Transylvania offers scholarships for students interested in continuing the fine arts at the college level.  These go up to $3,000 per year, and can be stacked on top of their merit scholarships from the college and their financial aid.  The best part is: students do not have to major in these fields to receive the Fine Arts Scholarship - the awarding is based on participation or an academic minor. 

We offer these awards for Instrumental Music, Vocal Music, Music Technology, Studio Art, Art History, Technical Theater, Theater Performance, and Creative Writing.

Students must sign-up to compete for this scholarship and also apply to Transylvania and be admitted by January 6, 2021.

  . Hello counselors and greetings from the University of Kentucky!  September is an exciting month for the University of Kentucky! We have some key updates to share from our campus:   ADMISSION We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve begun sending out admission decisions for students who have completed their applications. If your student’s application is fully submitted and meets our criteria, they can receive your admission decision in as little as two weeks. We operate on a rolling basis throughout the year.
